March of the Volunteers ...

March of the Volunteers (義勇軍進行曲) was written by Tian Han in 1934 for a play. The song, with minor alteration, became the theme song of the 1935 patriotic film "Sons and Daughters", a story about an intellectual who leaves to fight in the Second Sino-Japanese War. It was one of many songs that were promoted secretly as part of the anti-Japanese resistance. March of the Volunteers later became the National Anthem of the Peoples' Republic of China.

Top right - Talkatora Indoor Stadium in New Delhi, The stadium is a venue for the 2010 Commonwealth Games for the event of boxing.

Bottom left - to commemorate the 19th Commonwealth Games that will be held in Delhi, India, between 3 - 14 Oct 2010, with mascot Shera. Shera comes from Hindi word of Sher - meaning Tiger.

Figueres (Spanish: Figueras) is the capital of the comarca (district) of Alt Empordà, in the province of Girona, Catalonia, Spain.

The town is the birthplace of artist Salvador Dalí, and houses the Teatre-Museu Gala Salvador Dalí, a large museum designed by Dalí himself which attracts many visitors.
